The Linda Rea Team did a fantastic job on selling our home as a short sale. They found a buyer right away and they kept that buyer interested until the banks did what they had to do to approve the short sale. I was in contact with Linda and Shana and their team through out the short sale process and they always got back to me quickly with answers. They assured me from the time we sat down to do a short sale it could take some time and they would DO ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to make the short sale work out for me and my family. Well in the end they did just that and did exactly what they said they would do for me with the short sale of my home..I would recommend Linda and her team over anyone else. They get the job done and do it very well.
