We did not have a real estate agent because our move was very sudden. Our friends that we were looking to buy from used her to list and that is how we met Shana. Shana was very quick to take on our listing and got it up on the MLS’s in a matter of a day. We had a lot of hurdles and hits with the sale of our house but she worked through it all and was able to negociate in a professional manner. She is very knowledgeable at what she does. She also has a very tender heart and really gets to know you as a person. Would recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their house. She also knows our area in Rochester and houses very well which was a huge plus for us. We are also using her as our agent for the purchase of our new home.
