I was a single mom looking for a home and I had a checklist of home requirements. Shana met me at the first house which was a foreclosure… it was beyond terrible. But I asked Shana if she would find me a house and she looked me in the eye and said yes, I will. She was always available to show me a house… she never pressured me. We looked at houses but I could not find one in my price range that I liked. One Sunday I found a house on a listing she sent. I knew time was of the essence as houses were moving in Lake Orion very fast. I drove to look at the house and I knew it was going to be mine. It had everything I wanted and more and was affordable. I called Shana and told her I found my house. She said but you did not see the inside. I said if the inside is as nice as the outside I do. The homes we looked at previously did not compare. She called and got me an appointment the next day and we were first in line to go to the house. I walked inside and knew that this was our new home. I had my two boys come over and they loved it too. We wrote a proposal that day and she called the sellers agent right away and said we have a sale, you have 24 hours…IMPRESSIVE WORK. The next day she called and as they say the rest is history. I closed on my house yesterday and started to move in. It is a beautiful home and I really think that other forces brought Shana to me, as I prayed for a year for a house for my children. I was petrified I could not find one. I prayed especially hard the morning I found my house. Shana was not only my agent but my friend. She listened when I had some problems and held my hand through the mortgage process. Real Estate one does everything for you, she gave me numbers to call and helped with my Mortgage process.
